Briam
(Baked MACEDONIA)
This dish of cooked vegetables is easy and simple to prepare. It is a popular spring and summer meals in Greece.
2 tablespoons, plus ¼ cup olive oil
3 medium onions, sliced
1 1 / 2 pound small white potatoes, peeled and halved or cut into thick slices

1. Preheat oven to 350 tons.
