Here are some links to various books:

My husband, "Coaching Youth Lacrosse", as he coaches 6 teams (boys and girls, young people up) to graduation. He said it was a great resource for older girls. You do not know what kind of exercise is in itself ...

Good luck!

honestly most of the books are from 1984 and the plague. I saw insidelacrosse or research butt men who have to try the best exercises to to customize a group of women. If you can see if your National Convention is held every year in January or go to a clinic to be the team of the United States, the latest information updates women readily offers.

Yes, try Laxrules.com and I'm sure there's more .... but if you try to win me some real wood floor, Mishra and a positive influence and encouragement. Drills do not win games, people! :)

Certainly you should check kudda.com
It's free and there is a wealth of information for men and women lacrosse. There are games, exercises and videos of the great technology.
I have participated in lacrosse as a player and coach has thirty years and is one of the best resources I've ever seen.

You can be in different locations. I am sure that U.S. Lacrosse offers several manuals and books on their heads to keep players interested. Additionally, a lacrosse in Pennsylvania Convention each year in January. You will learn many things for them. My college coach has decided in the last two years and learned a lot, and applies it to practice every day.

Hope this helps.
