Ok, so I took fenugreek GNC brand. 4 capsules twice a day and went 4-ounce pump each breast, and 20 ounces (one day). What works. Its smell like maple syrup. LOL I have noticed an increase of 2 days after leaving her three weeks.

I have had great success with fenugreek. I have no experience with the GNC brand, but I have the world's vitamin 610 mg capsules. Volume 2 hours and 2 hours. I noticed, after a rise of 3 days. They know that if you start with a faint smell of maple syrup urine and sweat. Not bad, but it's there. I went through a whole bottle, while my daughter had a growth spurt. Then I stopped, my time and until delivery. I take it again at its next growth phase and has achieved hard for their needs and was not taking me.
