Is there any housing laws I should know about in reguard to steel buildings? - steel lockers
I live in a horrible little town (Rock Springs, Wyoming), where house and apartment owners to price gouge like there's no tomorrow. Buidling I am ready, a steel (as in factories, churches), etc., and plasterboard walls built for cheap. I am also a small bed and a closet in each room. I commission a very small amount of money for the rent for them. I hope to reduce this competition, prices and to me a little money. My question is: Are there laws or laws to me that I not warned?
