When I turned on my LCD monitor has white lines and then screen get brighter for minutes? - small white lcd
When I have on my monitor Liquid Crystal Display (LCD Data AD17CS-IO) white lines, the screen is brighter and the white lines again. Normally, when I turned to a large blue box should appear with a "No Signal" sign. This works if I wait several minutes.
I'm sure this has nothing to do with my team to do the CPU.

No, the screen is bad. To see if it still under warranty in that regard. If not, you can only buy a nice .. this time as a Samsung or Sony.
